You will receive detailed instructions on how to wear and take care of your new aligners. Most patients will wear each set for approximately 2 weeks, and at least 20-22 hours per day. About every 6 weeks, you will return to our office to pick up your next few sets of aligners. During those visits, your dentist will check to ensure that your smile is progressing as planned.
